Returns - Diamond City Jewelers allows returns/exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date. Only applies to items over $300 excluding tax & shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not reliable for shipping packaging supplies needed or shipping costs back to our facility.
