Returns - Diamond City Jewelers allows returns/exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Only applies to items over $300 excluding tax & shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Treat your jewelry like a new pair of shoes! If you just bought some new Jordans, I know you wouldn't wear them at the beach! With that being said, don't wear your jewelry while playing sports and such
